Here at the Tempora Psychology, we provide psychological support and self-development services to improve our patient’s quality of life and help them reach for a better mental health. With our team of clinical psychologists who are experienced in providing psychotherapy in English, we offer face-to-face and online sessions, psychoeducational and counseling services for English-speaking child and adolescents, individuals, couples and families.

Our main goal is to enhance mental wellbeing of our patients and to lead them sustain their psychological resilience even after psychotherapy ends.

In terms of our psychotherapy modalities, our psychologist team essentially utilize from a humanistic and eclectic framework that will address the patient’s problems from a more holistic approach. We strive to create an individualized treatment model to meet our patient’s needs since everyone has unique stories with various factors.

Our psychotherapists are specialized in; Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IP), Positive Psychotherapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, and Sex Therapy.

With the psychological support we provide, you can gain a deeper understanding of your true self, discover the hidden parts of your personality and capacity, find solutions to your problems and make permanent changes in your life.
